Experienced Aluminium Fabricators

Work type: Permanent Full-Time

In this role, you will be working as a key member of our Factory team. Your primary duty is the manufacture of our aluminium windows and doors, ensuring high quality and consistency throughout the process. By collaborating with other members of the factory team, you will apply your expertise to meet all required standards with timely completion and deliver excellent results. 

Duties & Responsibilities  

Manufacturing 

• Measuring, cutting and preparation, machining and assembly of aluminium joinery products.  

Factory Operations 

• Ensure the quality of the joinery meets required standards and required deadlines 
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail of worksheets  
• Study drawings and plans for the required items and designs 
• Ensure jobs are completed in order as directed  
• Follow and implement health and safety procedures 

Other 

• Contribute to the repair and maintenance of aluminium products as needed 
• Be punctual and work the hours and times specified 

Skills & Experience Required  

• At least one year of experience in a comparable role, with a preference for candidates who have experience with APL suites 
• Confidence in using power tools and machinery safely 
• Able to read and interpret job sheets, shop drawings and supplier manufacturing details 
• Strong work ethic and takes pride in delivering a quality product  
• Reliable and punctual  
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
