Our facility at 909 Haruru Road, Wainui, spans 5,000 square metres of refurbished film studio space, featuring a state-of-the-art factory and modern office area. Nestled in Auckland's peaceful countryside, this space offers the ideal environment for our team to work efficiently and deliver outstanding results in aluminium joinery for our clients.

High Quality Windows & Doors
Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art machining centre, including New Zealand's largest Twin Saw. The advanced machinery and internal processes are designed to enhance precision, efficiency, and quality, ensuring the long-term performance of your aluminium doors and windows.
Timely & Efficient Production
The 5,000 square metre layout accommodates three straight-line production lines, facilitating the seamless manufacture of your aluminium joinery. This setup ensures they are produced in a timely and efficient manner.

Changes to the Code
A key driver of our facility processes is the industry's shift towards thermally efficient homes. Our production lines are designed to manufacture our ThermalHEART® thermal break windows and doors, specifically tailored to meet the updated H1 standards, delivering warmer, drier, and healthier homes.

The history behind 909 Haruru Road, formerly Kelly Park.
Before becoming the home of Windowmakers, this location had a rich history as Kelly Park. Originally known as the Kelly Park Equestrian Arena, it was established as an indoor equestrian centre by a local family. Over the years, it transformed into a renowned film studio, hosting blockbuster productions like "The Chronicles of Narnia" and "Crouching Tiger – Hidden Dragon 2". After its cinematic era, Kelly Park changed ownership, leading us to this unique property as we sought the ideal location for our future.
